INCREASING HEIGHT AND WEIGHT
- Even if the parents are not tall or even below normal, the height of the children can be increased up to the age of 20 years. Make the efforts at the earliest.
- Give acupressure on palms and soles twice daily.
- Take 100 g. of sprouted pulses daily. Chew it thoroughly. Jaggary/Sesame can be mixed with them.
- Drink 1 to 2 cups of green juice daily adding Carrot, Ginger and Honey.
- Bend the back forward and touch the ground with your outstretched fingers. Do it 10 times daily.
- Also do exercise on single – bar, jogging, swimming and Yoga.
