DECOCTION OF GARLIC AND THYME: 1 ½ OZ. Garlic; ½ oz. Thyme.
Put them in a quart of water, bring to a boil and simmer gently until the liquid is reduced to ½. Take every 3 hours, 1 tsp. up to 1 year old, 1 tbsp. above that age.
GARLIC SYRUP: Place a thin layer of crushed or grated Garlic on the bottom of a dish. Sprinkle on the Garlic an equal and uniform layer of Cane sugar (Brown). Leave it aside a few hours and then collect the juice that is produced. Give in doses of a tsp. or mix it with some water or Thyme infusion.
Grind the soft Bel (Bilva) leaves. Fry it in 50 g, Desi ghee. Keep the vessel covered while frying. Give 2 g. of this with 2 drops of Bel (Bilva) leaves’ juice and ½ tsp. of honey thrice a day for 3 days.
