- Soak a Lotus flower in a glass of water. Boil for 5 minutes. It loses its color. Filter. Add Cardamom and Clove. Drink for 45 days. Avoid Tea and coffee during those days.
- Onion juice regulates Cholesterol. Raw onion is one of the best treatments for boosting beneficial HDL cholesterol. The more you cook them, the more they lose their HDL – raising powers. It contains the hormone Prostoglandin which helps lower pressure. The benefits are due to the presence of essential oil, Allypropyl Disulphide, Catechol, Protocatechnic acid, Thiopropiono aldehyde, Thiocyanate, Ca, P, Fe and Vitamins.
- Powder 100 g. of Dhania(coriander seeds) and 100 g. of Jeera(Cumin). Take a tsp of this mixture twice a day for 40 to 50 days. Next 30 days, take a mixture of Cinnamon powder and honey twice a day. This helps in clearing the blockade if any.
