Gaining Weight


Soak a handful of Fenugreek at night and grind in the morning. Add equal Butter and a little sugar candy. Stir in a pan adding a handful of dry Grapes. When the butter melts and turns into ghee, switch off. Take the size of an Amla on empty stomach daily. This Lehya makes a person put on a little flesh and strength naturally.


Soak Barley in water. Boil it in 600ml of milk. Take this as breakfast for 2 months. In addition, boil 60 g. of Barley in water. Drink this daily to increase production of blood.

Take 2 tsp. of honey after each meal. It enters the body while digestion is still going on, thereby the food assimilation is quicker to gain weight.

Take white Pumpkin continuously for three months.
