Wheat grass juice.

Acuroller – 5 mts. on palms and 5 mts. on soles.
Take 2 to 3 cups of Green juices, 1 to 2 glasses of fruit juices and green salads.
Avoid foodstuff made out of fine flour, fried food, etc.
When there is severe pain, press little hard in the middle of calf muscles.
Treat with blue or green for 20 mts.
Blue radiation on Solar Plexus.
Wet packs over abdomen and back.
Mud packs over abdomen for two hours or overnight.
Carrot juice in combination with Beetroot and Cucumber juice is very good.

Fenugreek seeds tea is good.
Other fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables, a well balanced diet of seeds, nuts, grains, fruits and vegetables should be taken.
