Oxygen to Brain

Mix and grind equal quantities of Sesame seeds and Garlic.  Swallow 1 spoon of this daily on empty stomach and drink a cup of water immediately.  Repeat for a month or two.  It increases the Oxygen supply to the brain.


  • Cut pieces of big Amla.  Half fill a glass jar with these pieces.  Add some Rose petals over this.  Pour Honey to cover.  Put an airtight lid.  Keep in sun for 5 hours for 2 weeks.  Take 1 tsp.followed by hot milk.
  • Drink an ounce of white Pumpkin juice with honey daily
