Nervous Weakness
Sunflower seeds, which are rich in Potassium should be taken.
Apples, Banana, Makoya (Ganike soppu in Kannada), Grapes, Figs, Dates, Guava, Jackfruit, Lemon, Loquat, Green and ripe Mangoes, Orange, Peach, Pears, Common Plum, Pomegranate, Chakota, Singri, Dry Grapes, Tomato, Elephant Apples, Tamarind and Palms are very good for Nervous weakness.
Almond, Asafoetida, Balm, Celery, Jasmine, Lavender, Olive, Orange, Lime flowers, Peppermint, rosemary, Thyme are all good for nervous problems.
Cinnamon Tea calms the Nervous system.
Pumpkins are also good for the Nervous system.
Turmeric provides Iodine in a form which can be directly absorbed through the skin, stimulating the nerves throughout the system.
Long Pepper acts as a sedative in nervous system disorders like insomnia, epilepsy. convulsions and hysteria. It should be taken in doses of three to five decigrams mixed with honey.
Lemongrass tea is good.
Rosemary stimulates the circulation and has a tonic effect on the nervous system.
Vaayu-vardhak Mudra and Vaata-kaarak Mudra are highly useful.
Apply juice of Vitex Negundo (Lakki soppu in Kannada; Nochchi in Tamil) leaves.
Collect Aloe Vera Gel from 4 pieces. Wash it 7 times. Filter the water. Heat a liter of Castor oil and boil this gel. When the water evaporates, switch off the stove. Cool. Add Sugar candy and Cloe powder. Mix well. Dry in sunlight for 3 days. Take a tsp of this at 3p.m. daily.
