COLOUR THERAPY

Green acts upon the nervous system as a sedative and is
helpful in sleeplessness, exhaustion and irritability.
Take Green radiation on the Crown Chakra for 30 minutes
before sleeping or whenever you are tensed up.

Blue radiation can also be taken on the scalp for an hour
before sleep.

Indigo radiation can be taken for 5 to 10 minutes on the
scalp before sleep. Alternately, Gemstones that emit
Indigo rays (such as Amethyst and Fluorite) can be kept on
the spot of Ajna Chakra or Crown Chakra for 10 minutes.

The gemstone Amethyst is a great help in headaches and
insomnia. Poke and rub the temples of the head gently with
the top and the side of the stone.

OIL TO PREVENT SNORING AND NOSE BLOCK

Trichosanthes bracteata (Savuri Pazham, Ankurattai and
Kurattai Pazham in Tamil)
This fruit cannot be eaten.
Take the juice of this fruit (1 litre). Add equal quantity
of Gingilly oil. Add 20 g. Pepper powder and boil till the
juice evaporates. Store in a glass bottle. Apply on head
and take oil bath once a week. This removes nose blocks
and headache with snoring. This thickens the hair too.

Apply Clove oil on the nose before sleeping to prevent
snoring.

EXCESS SLEEP

In the evening, drink a cup of Basil leaf tea.

Shade dry well grown Banyan leaves. Boil one gram of the
leaf in a litre of water. Reduce to quarter litre. Add a
gram of salt. Drink twice a day.

VIOLET (VIOLA ADORATA)

They are very good relaxants. All parts can be used. The
plant has more Vit. A than any other known plant. It is
useful as a great tea.

SALIVATING IN SLEEP
Dissolve Alum in water and gargle with it before sleep.
