Eat mango fruits in season daily. If the juice is exposed to sunlight for a few minutes and then drunk, it increases memory power. It strengthens teeth and bones.
Take Beladahannu (Wood apple) daily in season.
Vitamin A is very important for Gums and teeth. So eat red coloured Bananas after supper at night daily for a few days.
Take plenty of Tomatoes.
Eat Jackfruit in season daily.
Take 2 Dates and a glass of Cow milk after dinner at night.
Eat Pears in season daily.
Take Cashew fruits.
If the root or skin of the plant (Uttaranee – Tamil; Apamarga in Hindi Chirat; Achyranthes Aspera is its Botanical name) is kept between teeth for 21 days, the teeth become strong.
Papaya is rich in Vit.A and hence useful for growth of bones, teeth and nerves.
Brush the teeth with dried Brinji leaves. (Bay leaves).
Roast Bel (Bilva) leaves and powder it. Add Rock salt. Mix with Mustard oil and use as a toothpaste.
Chewing a handful of Sesame seeds and washing it down with cool water regularly will ensure a set of healthy teeth. Gargling with Sesame oil daily is just as effective.
CORIANDER SEEDS SHOULD BE BOILED IN WATER AND GARGLED.
TINGLING SENSATION OF TEETH
Chew a few seeds of Mint and gargle with water afterwards.
If cold water causes shooting pain in the teeth, then add half a spoonful of salt in Mustard oil and use it as a tooth paste.
