Mudras for Hearing Problems
SHUNYA MUDRA (Heaven Mudra)
Bend the middle finger until it touches the ball of your thumb. Lightly press down on the middle finger with your thumb. The other fingers are extended. Do this with each hand.
Do as needed, or use three times daily for 15 minutes as a course of treatment.
This is a special exercise against ear and hearing problems. The Shunya Mudra can also quickly heal earaches (and almost all diseases of the ear) when used for a longer period of time.
If the hearing is normal, it is not advisable to practice the Mudra for long periods. It should also be not continued after the hearing has been restored.
AAKASH MUDRA
Sit in Padmasana or Sukhasana. Touch the tip of the middle finger of each hand with the tip of the thumb of that hand, keeping the other fingers reasonably straight but not rigid.
Straighten the arms and rest them on the knees. Hold the Mudra. Practice it for 45 mts daily in the morning.
This Mudra compliments the Shunya Mudra in case of ailments of the ear and in helping to increase the hearing power. For those hard of hearing, if full benefits are not achieved by the practice of the shunya Mudra, compliment it with this Mudra for faster and more profound effects.
Mudras for Hearing Problems
SHUNYA SURABHI MUDRA
This Mudra increases the ethereal vacuity. Practiced over a time, it helps to increase the hearing power manifold and the Sadhak can hear frequencies not audible to the normal person.
Form the basic Surabhi Mudra. Now touch the root of the left middle finger by the tip of the left thumb, and the root of the right middle finger by the tip of the right thumb.
