ARTHRITIS
MUDRAS
SURABHI MUDRA
The little finger of your left hand touches the ring finger of your right hand. The little finger of your right hand touches the ring finger of your left hand. At the same time, the middle fingers of both hands touch the index fingers of the other. The thumbs remain extended. Do three times a day for 15 minutes.
THIS IS VERY EFFECTIVE AGAINST RHEUMATISM AND ARTHRITIS.

CURE FOR WORN OUT JOINTS
Chinese Cherry (Muntungia Glabura – Kaskase Hannina Mara in Kannada) is highly useful. We can make Jam and eat it. Dose: 1 tsp. in the mornings and 1 tsp. in the evenings.
Method of preparation:
Boil 1 kg. Cherry fruits well. Remove the seeds. Add 500g.sugar and prepare a syrup. This is Cherry Jam. It cures the worn out joints, swellings and pains.
JOINT MUDRA
Right hand: Thumb and ring finger together.
Left hand: Thumb and middle finger together.
Do as needed, or four times a day for 15 minutes. In case of illness, the Mudra should be held six times a day for 30 minutes.
OSTEOARTHRITIS
Warm Mustard oil. Apply all over the body. Leave for half an hour. Wash with Gram flour. Do this once a week start from early years. Bones become strong.
Powdered dry Ginger is very effective in combating pain and swelling from the inflammation of osteoarthritis.
COLOR THERAPY
Take Red radiation with 40 w. Spotlite bulb on the spot for 5 to 10 minutes. a day.
Yellow also helps to a great extent.
