Boil Ajwain seeds in water and strain. Take at the interval of two hours.
CHRONIC FEVER

It is a fever connected to the lungs. Keep Doddi patre (Mexican mint or Indian Borage, Karpooravalli in Tamil) on a brick tile and heat it. Keep it on the chest area for fomentation.
INTERMITTENT FEVERS
An infusion of Bhui amla leaves every morning brings down temperature, being cooling and febrifuge.

Give plenty of Fenugreek water during the early stages of Small Pox, Chicken Pox or Measles. The Alkaloid Trigonelline in Fenugreek is antiseptic and carminative.
