Stretch Marks Oil :

  • Cassia Fistula leaves – 50 g.; Gingilly or Coconut oil; Stonegrind the leaves; add oil; boil.  Apply right from the third month of pregnancy.  For dieting people Coconut oil is better suited.
  • Warm 2tbsp.Mustard oil.  Mix 1tbsp.Butter.  apply this all over the abdomen during pregnancy, leave for 30mts. and then take bath.
  • Add 4 drops of Mandarin, 3 drops Neroli, 3 drops Lavender to a bottle containing 25ml.or 5 tsp. sweet Almond oil and 1 tsp. Wheat germ oil.  Massage into the abdomen twice a day from the fifth month of pregnancy.
  • Neroli oil improves skin elasticity.  It prevents stretch marks, scarring, wrinkles and to soothe sensitive skin.  It is also a sedative.
  • Warm a little Olive oil and apply over the abdomen during pregnancy and even after the delivery.
