Preventing Blood clots

Eating of fried Onions helps the body dissolve and prevent blood clots.
Fresh ground Ginger stops the formation of blood clots. Grind ½ tsp. of fresh Ginger and add to a cup of boiling water and drink.
For preventing blood clots, consume Red Chillies in your diet regularly.
Papaya fruit is very valuable in the coagulation or clotting of blood, either superficial or internal.
Pour hot water into a mud pot. Clean two handfuls of Vettiver (Tamil; Vetiveria Zizanoides – Botanical name) into it and add the seeds of Thituneetru Pachchai a little. Drink this during sunny time. Continue for a few days. This cures blood clots which form due to heat.
