CALF MUSCLE PAIN
Hold the kitchen slab. Raise your heels and stand on ten toes. Now, raise your toes and stand on your heels. Keep repeating for about 5 minutes daily for a few days.
GLASS PIECES IN SOLES
Grind Omam (Ajwain) with Jaggary and tie there. Even small pieces of glass come out.
HIP PAINS
Massage Iluppai (Mahua) oil for hip pains.
Grind Kandanthippili with milk, mix with more milk and drink.
Boil Parijatha 10 leaves with 200 ml water. Reduce to 25 ml and drink once. This is useful in pains in neck and hip and fevers.
ALL TYPES OF PAIN
Jeera – 100 g.; Dhania – 100 g.; Omam – 100 g.; For hot natured body, add 100 g. Poppy seeds. Powder together. Take ½ tsp. half an hour before food twice a day.
After removing the drumstick leaves, the supple stems can be cut into pieces and boiled with Pepper Rasam to take with meals. This reduces the body pain and increases the outflow of urine.
Concentrated Chilli oil, prepared by roasting 4 Chillies in 30 ml.of Castor oil, makes a useful analgesic balm. This oil can be used beneficially in Rheumatic pains, Sciatica and Bursitis. Its regular applications may cause blisters. Therefore, it should be carefully used.
Ginger is an excellent pain killer. IT CAN CURE ALL TYPES OF PAIN. Backache and headache can be cured by its external application.
