HEEL PAIN
Take Cyperus Rotundus powder ½ to 1 g twice a day.
PAINS OUT OF EXCESS VATHA
Fill a glass bottle with 150 ml of Coconut oil. Fill it to the brim with
Champa flowers and keep in sunlight for a week. Massage this on the spot
of Vatha pains and swellings twice a day and wash with hot water.MUSCULAR PAINS
Juniper – 1 ml.; Lavender – 1 ml.; Rosemary – 1 ml.; Coconut oil – 50 ml.
Mix everything. Massage.Add Cardamom powder to Ginger juice and drink. It is an ideal remedy.
Eucalyptus oil – 10 ml.; Lavender – 5 ml.; Rosemary oil – 5 ml.; Coconut
oil – 1 l. Mix everything and massage.The seeds of Bishop’s weed should be fried in coconut oil and massaged as a
liniment.An infusion of Licorice should be prepared by soaking the dry roots
overnight in water. This should be taken. It is also useful in chronic
joint problems. It serves as Cartisone in treating these conditions.Boil Garike hullu (Arugam Pul in Tamil) in water and bathe. Mix Lemon
juice, Garike Hullu juice and a little salt and drink.For body aches, grated Ginger should be mixed with hot bath water. This
relieves pain and has a refreshing and relaxing effect.Add a little salt in a tubful of lukewarm water and sit in it for a few
minutes.
