Mix 1 bowl peanut, 3 spoon besan, 1 sp red chilli powder, 1/2 sp chat masala, 1/2 sp garam masala, 1 sp amchur powder, 1 sp poppy seeds, a pinch hingu, 1 sp salt in a microwave safe plate, sprinkle few drops of water, mix well, pl don’t add more water, keep in oven for 5 to 6 minutes, don’t forget to stir now n then, don’t run oven continuously, cool completely, store in air tight container. Tastes better when cooled completely, crispy munchy masala peanut is ready without oil, less calories, healthy.

You can try the same recipe with cashew or badam if u have sufficient at home but here I tried with “BADAVARA BADAMI KADALEKAI”.
