Green peas – 1 bowl
Capsicum – 1
Onion – 1
Tomato – 1
Oil – 3 to 4 tbl sp
Red chilli powder – 1 tea sp
Lemon – 1/2
Garam masala -1/2 tea sp
Jeera – 1/2 tea sp
Coriander – 1 spoon (cut)

METHOD:- Cook green peas with sufficient water with a pinch of sugar (sugar helps to retain green color of peas). Drain keep aside.

Cut all the veggies, Heat oil add jeera, onion, capsicum, tomato one by one, fry for 3 to 4 minutes, add red chilli powder, garam masala, cooked peas, salt, keep coverd for 2 minutes on low flame. switch off flame, squeeze lemon, mix coriander and serve hot with chapathi.
