Ingredients:

Salt bread – 1 pound
Potato – 4
Green peas – 1 bowl
Carrot – 2
Sweet corn – 1 bowl
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tea sp
Soya sauce – 1 sp
Chilli sauce – 2 sp
Til seeds 4 sp
Corn flour – 4 tbl sp
Oil – 6 tbl sp
Salt – taste

METHOD:

Cut bread into small coin shape using small sharp bottle lid.

Cook all vegetables, heat 3 sp oil, add ginger garlic paste, cooked vegetables, sauce, salt, mix well, smash gently.

      

Mix corn flour with little water.

Heat tava, put 2 sp oil, make small balls of veg mixture, press on bread coins lightly, dip in corn flour paste.

Sprinkle til seeds on top of coin, put little oil, arrange 8 to 10 at a time, shallow fry on low flame till both sides are crispy.

Serve hot with tomato sauce.
