Ingredients for Majjige:-
Curds :- 100ml
Pepper – 4 tbl sp
Jeera – 4 tbl sp
Ajavana (om kalu) – 4 tbl sp
Dry ginger powder – 4 tbl sp
Salt – taste
Coriander – 1 bunch
METHOD:- Powder pepper, jeera, om kalu, mix dry ginger powder(available in market) and store in a air tight container. No need to roast any spices, churn curds nicely with coriander, add 1 tea spoon of MASALA powder, salt to taste, add little water & serve. U can use MASALA powder according to your taste,

If taken this butter milk regularly as a first drink (empty stomach) & last drink (before bed time), helps in reducing weight, any how summer is starting pl try. U can add lemon juice or mint leaves or onion according to ur taste.

 

MASALA SOMPU

ingredients:-
SOMPU :- 100 mg
Lemon – 1/2
Salt – 1 tea spoon
METHOD:- Clean sompu, add salt & lemon juice, mix well,
dry in hot sun for 3 days & store. If u have a oven at home u can keep this SOMPU for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring in between, eat 1 spoon of SOMPU after every meal, helps in indigestion
