PREVENTION OF TUBERCULOSIS
- Scrap White Pumpkin pieces. Extract juice. Roast the scrapings in ghee. Take 2 kilos of it. Take 35 grams of the powders (each) of hippili, dry Ginger, Yashtimadhu (Licorice), clove, Cardamom, coriander seeds, harda, behda, amla, cinnamon, mace, pepper and cumin. Add 2 kg sugar and half a kg ghee. Make Lehya. Eat a teaspoon of this at night before going to bed.
- Sunlight can help prevent T.B. by keeping up the Vit. D levels and it can also prevent the disease spreading in dwellings by killing the bacterium.
Stand under a thickly grown Neem tree and inhale the air deeply for half an hour in the mornings and evenings for 90 days continuously.
Take a large Raisin, open it sideways and remove the seeds. Replace the seeds with approximately an equal volume of ground Sendha Salt (Rock Salt). Fold and chew and eat it. Take one in the morning and one in the evening.
HERBAL TEA FOR COUGH
Take 1 tablespoon on Wheat bran, 5 large Raisins, 5 black peppers, ½ tsp. Saunf (Aniseeds, Fennel) and ½ tsp of Poppy seeds. Boil the above in 2 cups of water till only 1 cup remains. Filter, add sugar to taste and drink. Keep the throat wrapped to avoid exposure. Take this tea 2 to 3 times a day. The results shall begin to show within 24 hours. The filtered remains can be used again to prepare one more dose after which a fresh mixture will be needed.
