TURMERIC EFFECT

It is a wonder food for Asthma as a preventive and curative medicine. Take a teaspoon of Turmeric powder with as much Honey daily on an empty stomach. One teaspoon could be taken at night too with warm milk, preferably with
Goat milk.

VITAMIN C

Vit.C in Amla helps a lot. Vitamins.A, B5 and B6, E and Calcium are also very helpful.

Asthmatics feeling an attack coming on can block the active nostril to help prevent or lessen the severity of the attack.

SLEEPING SIDE

The overheating and over cooling of the body can be rectified by a correct sleeping position at night. Asthmatic patients should sleep on their left sides.

PREVENTION OF ATTACKS

Solarise the Sesamum or Til oil in an Orange bottle for 40 days. Apply this oil on the chest before sleep, preferably after a hot foot bath.

SUN BATH

Apply the Orange solarized Til oil on the chest and leave for an hour and take Sun bath for 15 minutes. It will bring perspiration and relief. Do this daily.

ASTHMA IN CHILDREN

Tie a red cloth on the wrist.

SHORTNESS OF BREATH & OTHER RESPIRATORY PROBLEMS

Avoid overgrown Radishes. Select tender Radishes. Extract an ounce of juice. Drink it at one go. Take 2 doses like this till you feel better.

COLOUR THERAPY

In all cases of Bronchial Asthma, avoid Blue or Black colour clothes. Avoid Blue or Black coloured rooms. Wear Pink, Yellow and Red clothes for improvement. Green can also be used sometimes.

The spectroscopic colour of Calcium is Orange. So it aids the Calcium metabolism of the body and strengthens the Lungs.

Keep an Orange glass bottle exposed to the sunlight for 40 days. Inhale this air through the mouth three times a day after it has cooled down.

Take Red radiation with 40 w. Spotlite bulb on the palms and soles for 5 to 10 minutes. a day.

Sugar candy or Misri can be solarized in an Orange bottle for 40 days and can be carried anywhere and taken during attacks.

When the attack arises, tie a 4” (10cm.) wide cotton scarlet Red bandage on the left forearm at the wrist or upper forearm while taking bed rest. Cover yourself with a Pink or Red bedsheet.
